This policy applies to the WPT HOME application (operated by Grand Cru Concepts) and its related services distributed on Google Play.

2.Scope

This policy applies to all user-generated content and interactions on the platform, including but not limited to:

• User avatars, usernames, and profiles
• Chat messages and private messages
• Club or community interactions
• Images, text, and other uploaded content

3.Prohibited Content and Conduct

3.1 Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Any sexualized depiction or implication involving minors

3.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

• Uploading, sharing, distributing, or storing any CSAM

3.3 Grooming or Contact with Minors

• Inducing or coercing minors into inappropriate behavior
• Attempting to establish inappropriate relationships or obtain personal information

3.4 Evasion and Abuse

• Using coded or indirect methods to distribute such content
• Attempting to bypass platform detection or moderation mechanisms

4.User Reporting and Feedback Mechanism

We provide in-app reporting and feedback mechanisms. Users can submit reports without leaving the application. Reporting entry points include but are not limited to:

• Report option on user profile pages
• Feedback access via the settings page

Users may report:

• Content involving minors
• Suspicious or abusive behavior

All reports are logged, reviewed, and prioritized based on risk level.

5.Review and Enforcement

We take appropriate action based on the severity of violations, including:

• Removal of violating content
• Restriction of account features
• Temporary or permanent account suspension

For content that may violate laws, we will act in accordance with applicable laws and our policies, and may report such content to relevant law enforcement authorities and cooperate with investigations when necessary.

6.Detection and Prevention Measures

We implement multiple measures to prevent the spread of violating content, including:

• User reporting mechanisms
• Human moderation processes
• Behavioral risk monitoring
• Automated detection methods (e.g., keyword or image recognition)
